Simplex® 1000 Series
Heavy-Duty Lock
The best choice for limiting access to high-traffic, security-sensitive areas in commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. These locks are ideal for locations with a high personnel turnover rate - such as data processing centers, employee entrances, hospitals, and R & D labs. In addition to standard pushbutton access control, the following options are available:
- Key override option allows a facility to maintain or initiate a master keyed security system.
- Passage feature allows access without using the entry code (keeps the door unlocked, even while closed). This function is on the inside of the door, and can be thumbturn or key activated.

Simplex® EE1000 Series
Heavy-Duty Lock
Simplex® EE1000 Series entry/egress locksets provide the same pushbutton access control as the 1000 Series, but on both sides of the door. Each side accepts an independent code. The perfect solution for airports (between departure lounge and jetway), police station holding rooms, or any situation where two-way door security is required.

The Simplex® 5000 lock provides fully mechanical pushbutton access control without any wiring, electronics or batteries. Exterior access is by combination. Egress is by interior lever and is free at all times. The Simplex 5000 is ideal for controlling access to high-traffic, security sensitive areas in commercial, industrial, educational, governmental, lodging, and multi-unit residential settings. Perfect for locations with a high user turnover rate such as data processing centers, employee entrances, R&D labs, apartments, dormitories, and restricted areas in hospitals and airports.
